The Journey Within is a 6-session guided immersive meditation experience designed to invoke deep insights and catalyse clarity. Work 1-on-1 with Kat, utilising the powerful technique of Immersive Meditation, this experience harnesses the power of the meditative state as a vehicle for self-discovery & developing your connection to your own innate intelligence. The result? A clear vision of your path forward and a deeper, more meaningful connection to the true YOU. Journey Within series is for anyone looking to: * Gain clarity * Get motivated * Boost creativity * Find inner peace * Shift perception on a situation * Reduce stress & anxiety The Journey Within includes: * 1-on-1 live meditation sessions with Kat x6 for 1hr * Meditation audio recording for personal use x4 meditations * Breathing & focal point audio recording for self-regulation * 1-on-1 follow up session after the course Total course price: €240.00 * When booking your preferred date & time for the first session we will then discuss suitable dates & times for the subsequent sessions and book accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Please understand that there will be a cancellation fee of 50% for any appointments 48hrs prior to 'Atua Healing - 1 session' and 100% cancellation fee on the day of scheduled appointment. Rescheduling for all appointments is free of charge. For classes at Little Yoga Space please cancel as far in advance as possible as there are limited spaces available and people on the wait list will be able to attend. For the x6 classes that are paid in advance once you have completed the first class there will be no refund if you do not attend any of the remaining 5 classes.
